The companion app
What it does, and what it costs →A calculator answers one question. The app runs the plan. FWF Ledger tracks your net worth across every account — linked or typed in — with a history you can drag across to compare any two dates and see what moved. It plans your debt payoff three ways — cheapest first, smallest first, or an order you set — each with its honest cost and the date you’d be free, buy-now-pay-later plans counted as the debts they are. Your savings goals, credit utilisation and debt-to-income sit beside them. All of that is free.
Paying adds bank linking, 50/30/20 budgeting built from your real transactions (every one re-categorisable, and the correction remembered), smoothing for irregular pay, a list of what your subscriptions cost you a year, household sharing with per-account privacy, and six reports — including what a debt has actually cost you, and what share of every dollar you paid never touched the balance.
This website stays free, account-free, and complete without it — the calculators inform the decision, the app carries it out.
